Dear Sir/Madam, I'm writing this reference letter for John Avedeov, Manager of lux apartments 'South Hamptons' in Southport Gold Coast. I recently sold my unit on level 5, doubled my money in 8 years, not too shabby. I was in a situation a few months ago, not a good one, where I had to sell up and John appeared in my life just at the right time, Godly time for me and what a huge relief that was, John helped me firstly sell my unit for the price I wanted and everything else he did for my family as we moved out. He went out of his way above and beyond the managers duty and we couldn't have sold the unit without John and his team's help, understanding, generosity and humble guidance. To anyone out there who is considering selling their property. I would highly recommend John Azevedo, the property manager of 11 Waterford Court, Bundall as your sales agent. I engaged John to sell my unit in Waterford Court in early February 2024. Thanks to John's diligence and comprehensive sales plan, my unit went to contract eight days after it was listed on electronic media sites and sold for a price more than eight per cent higher than the previous record sales price for this complex. The sales process went smoothly and any information about the property, required by prospective buyers, was quickly provided by John, who had everything on file, being the manager of the sold property. I would also like to add that while there was only one official open house, all the serious offers for the property came from private inspections, which John was only too happy to facilitate. This is one aspect I have found, particularly in complexes, that the big franchised real estate agents often cannot or will not engage in. In conclusion, John's concerted efforts have resulted in a very quick sale at a price well above my expectations.

My wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay in Unit 102 at 8/Waverly St Southport earlier this month, booked through Airbnb. During our stay, we were impressed not only by the unit itself but also by the building and its location. This experience made it clear to us that 8/Waverly St Southport is exactly the kind of place we would love to call our long-term home. We have recently relocated to Australia as I've started a new role as General Manager with Suncoast Enclosures, a company I have proudly worked with in Canada for the past ten years.
